Ocean County College (OCC) and Stockton University have partnered to create an innovative transfer program designed to help students reach their academic goals affordably and efficiently. This seamless pathway from an associate to a bachelor’s degree offers a structured plan that balances time, cost, and resources. With a focus on simplicity and support, OCC and Stockton are dedicated to ensuring a smooth journey for students, guiding them every step of the way toward success.

- Ocean County College is providing students with seamless transfer of 90-credits to Stockton University in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, and Accounting.
- Students will spend 3-years at OCC and then complete the final year at Stockton
- Pay OCC prices for the third year and save more than $10,000 on a bachelor’s degree (excludes housing & meal plans)

Eligibility
OCC students looking to enter the program must meet the following eligibility:
- Students must be enrolled in or completed a degree program at OCC with a GPA of 2.0 or above
- The Student must have maintained good academic, behavioral, and financial standing.
- Specific coursework will be required to obtain the Associate & Bachelor’s degree

2+2 Agreements
- Stockton University and Ocean County College have entered an agreement for their Bachelors of Science in Social Work program. Students will be able to complete the AS Social Work degree and seamlessly transfer into the Stockton BSW.

Application Deadlines
- Stockton has rolling admission.
- Students are encouraged to apply in February for Fall start & September for Spring start
Learning Formats
- OCC students can take coursework in-person, online, or HyFlex (when available)
- Stockton coursework will be in person at the Stockton Campus
Transfer Pathways
The Transfer Pathways helps student transfer from OCC to Stockton University. Students can transfer in a variety of programs 2+2 and 3+1 for Business Majors. Dual Admission is available with additional benefits to live on campus, access Stockton student activities, and obtain paid internships, and transfer up to half a degree.
- With the 3+1 Program between Ocean County College and Stockton University students will have the opportunity to complete a degree program in OCC’s new Advanced and Continuing Studies associate degree program. Once completed, students can transfer up to 90 credits directly to Stockton’s equivalent degree program.

- Apply to Stockton and send your OCC Transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse
