The Ocean County College Entrepreneur Club, in collaboration with the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce, will host the 4th Annual “Sink or Swim” Entrepreneurial Competition on Friday, April 18 on the College’s main campus in Toms River. This event is open to the public and free to attend.

Ten teams of students from four Ocean County high schools will pitch their ideas before a panel of distinguished judges, each competing for the chance to win prizes and the title of “High School Entrepreneurial Team of the Year.” Each team will have one to two minutes to present their elevator pitch as the judges ask questions and offer critiques before selecting a winner.

The top three teams will receive trophies and monetary awards. A special prize will be awarded to the student who makes the perfect pitch on behalf of their team.

This year’s finalists include students from Brick Township High School, Jackson Memorial High School, Manchester Township High School, and Toms River High School South.
