Houses the Library on the first and second floors, Computer Lab in Room 216, the Center for Academic Services on the first floor and on the ground floor the Counseling Center and Testing Center.
(The library building was expanded and renovated in 1995, with additional renovations completed in 2024.)

Disability Access
A handicap ramp is located near the clock tower in the front of the Library building. Electric doors are located in the front and rear of the library building. A handicap elevator is located next to the rear lobby of the building.
