  • Are completing your last high school semester & have never enrolled at OCC
  • Have a high school diploma or high school equivalency
  • Haven’t chosen a program, applied, or registered for classes

Begin Your Ocean Experience

Ready to apply to OCC? Use our online platform to begin the application process and start your educational journey at OCC today—all free! For additional assistance, please email HUB@ocean.edu.

  1. Create Your Account
  1. Enter your account information exactly as instructed on the application.
  2. Click the ‘Create Account’ link
  3. Write your username and password for future reference (i.e., when re-entering the system).

Let’s make financing college easier! Submit your FAFSA online and explore scholarship opportunities through the OCC Foundation. We also have Financial Aid Advisors to help guide you through the process.
