We demonstrate how different personal communication styles affect how co-workers, supervisors, and customers receive and interpret information. We provide your employees with useful tools and considerations for the written communications they send internally and externally such as business letters, emails, memos, progress notes, and status updates.

Social Media Objectives

1. Gain a solid understanding of how to develop a social media strategy to help meet marketing goals.

2. Enhance social media presence to build customer relationships and drive sales.

In our prerequisite first session, we show your staff how to identify their target audience and understand their customers’ needs. We discuss the risks and rewards of social media. They learn how to articulate their brand with key messages and identify the social media platforms best suited for your business.

Facebook Business to Consumer MarketingPrerequisite: Our Social Media Strategy Class

Objectives

1. Learn best practices for content development.

2. Learn how to use an editorial calendar and technology to streamline the posting process.

We teach your staff how to boost their presence on News Feeds with Facebook ads. We explore Facebook Live by creating a short video. And, of course, we show them how to measure the effectiveness of their posts with Facebook Insights.

LinkedIn Business to Business MarketingPrerequisite: Our Social Media Strategy Class

Objectives

1. Learn how to build and leverage your LinkedIn Company page to grow your business and engage your customers and prospects.

2. Promote your page through various marketing channels and targeted Follow ads.

3. Learn best practices for content management in order to interact with your target audience effectively.

We teach your staff to develop an editorial calendar & use technology to streamline the posting process. We help them continue to build a digital presence with Sponsored Content to raise awareness and generate sales leads. They create a short video to promote your business on LinkedIn. And, yes, we show them how to track engagement and follow growth & trends using Company Page analytics.
