Visual Communications A.A.S. - Tech Computer Graphics Option

The purpose of this program is to prepare students to enter the field of graphic design using the most current software applications.

Additional Requirements:

  • Lab Science Gen. Ed. Requirement (4 credits): Courses satisfying this requirement must be taken from the list of Approved General Education Lab Science courses (course type: GSCL).
  • Social Science Gen Ed (3 credits): Courses satisfying this requirement must be taken from the list of Approved General Education Social Science courses (course type: GSOC).
  • Humanities Gen Ed (3 credits): Courses satisfying this requirement must be taken from the list of Approved General Education Humanities Courses (course type: GHUM).
  • Mathematics Gen Ed (3 credits): Courses satisfying this requirement must be taken from the list of Approved General Education Mathematics courses (course type: GMAT).
  • Fine Arts Electives (3 credits): Any course from subjects ARTS, DANC, MUSC or THTR.
  • Electives (to meet the required 64 credits): 3 credits Developmental courses may not be used to satisfy this requirement.
