UWILL: Online Therapy for Students

UWill offers a virtual platform for students to access FREE counseling, from anywhere, any time.

Students can schedule their first teletherapy session quickly, using OCC email. Uwill’s programs include the following:

  • Uwill: Individual Virtual Counseling
  • Uhelp: Crisis Counseling (24/7)
  • Umatch: Match with a therapist within 24 hours
  • Urise: Nutrition, Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation Programs

Personal Care

Ocean County College offers a variety of personal care services for use of all individuals.

Shower Services

Offered at the Health & Human Performance Center (HPEC), Building #29 during operating hours.

Hours of operation are:

Monday – Thursday
7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Friday:
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Family Room

The PUMP Act is an important piece of legislation that helps ensure mothers have the support and resources they need to breastfeed their children. By providing a safe and private space for nursing mothers, the PUMP Act helps to remove some of the barriers that prevent women from breastfeeding.

The College has two designated Family Room locations that can be used by employees and students to express milk:

  • Health & Human Performance Center, Building 29, Room 145
    • locking door, chairs, counter, bathroom
  • Hovnanian Health Sciences, Building 102, Room 116
    • locking door, chairs, small table, sink
